Chattahoochee TimberFrames led Riverbend’s expansion into the southeastern U.S.

We offer full service sales, design and construction consultation services to help you realize your timber frame dream home.

We are members of the the Timber Framers Guild, The Timber Frame Business Council and the Structural Insulated Panel Association. We also educate architects on timber frame and SIP constuction and are Certified SIP Installers.

Through our relationships with architects and engineers, we can facilitate design and construction in environments where professional seals may be required.

We can help you attain other key products, such as insulated concrete forms (ICF's) and windows.

Our current portfolio of projects includes the following:
A Craftsman bungalow in a historic urban neighborhood for a young family in Tennessee, a country "rustic estate" for a successful businessman in Alabama, a waterfront Craftsman style residence for a custom builder in Florida, an "urban estate" home for a builder in Georgia, a custom "urban lodge" in Tennessee for a builder for his family. Also, a mountain retreat in North Carolina for an Atlanta woman, and a "home to grow up in" for a young family in Tennessee.
